We are committed to diversity, inclusion, and social equality in today's workplace. We are looking to partner with all companies' CEOs to promote equality, fairness, opportunity, and innovation in the workplace. This pledge creates more tremendous economic success, sustainability, inclusiveness, and growth within the United States. It's good for your business and good for our nation.

What is the Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Equality Pledge (DISEP)?
The pledge is a value-led commitment to partner with businesses to create and boost competitiveness through fairness, equality, and supportability. All individuals have the right to receive equal workplace opportunities, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, or sexual orientation.

All company commitments are voluntary and should last for at least five years. DISEP commits to challenging every company's top-level to improve all employees and the community's work, social, and life equality.

Dancing Hands

We are calling all CEOs, leaders, government, and game-changers who want to make a difference. We must take back our community and run it with fairness, honesty, and inclusion to make a difference in our society.

We can get past systematic racism by understanding each other; let's make systematic discrimination an old cliché. We must build a new society; this is a new way of accomplishing diversity, purpose, and inclusion. We must be open to building and understanding each other, so we can get it right.

We ask the federal and local government, local leaders, and CEOs to undo years of injustice. Every company represents its customers and employees; the bottom line is that this line doesn't carry a color. We're on a learning curve; we have to change in a positive direction.

If the company's, government officials, and top c-suite level are not supporters of diversification or purpose, they need to review the companies' or government culture.

*Do you represent 15 to 20% of your employees and customer base?

It's not only about holding the government responsible. We have the responsibility to say that we need to change and be the change in our nation.
