Yes, to all three microaggression questions.

Definitely at work as the military has recently developed training on diversion and is now enforcing workplace inclusion. Microaggression has been an issue for hundreds of years. The military is now making strides to correct the behavior because injustices were nationally exploited during the BLM movement.

I have worked in a male-dominated career field for 20 years. I have experienced and witnessed females being overlooked for jobs and not given the same opportunity to excel & promoted as less-qualified males. Females had to work harder to advance up the ladder and were constantly told they were too sensitive at times. The behavior contributed to the rise in suicides in the military.

I attended predominately white colleges over the past 20 years, so the "I have black friends" or "they look gay" type of comments were common. One can know all color people and still be racist at heart or make racist comments out of spite. One can see color and still not relate to the hardships and disadvantages of a particular race. Rather than educate themselves on society's harsh realities, some choose to stay naive and prolong their microaggressive nature.
